My name is Seweryn and I am trying to be best freelance web designer / developer I can.I didn’t study to be a programmer or graphic artist.
However, I eat, sleep, breathe web design and specialize in the tools for both programming and graphic design.Creating first, simple website templates in late 90′s forced me to learn to code by hand. It was exciting for me to see code become a visual page layout.
